1982, Jeff Dollinger
& Mike Ostrowsky, while working together at another law firm,
decided they would be able to better serve clients by practicing in
their own firm. Located in Livingston, New Jersey, and now with five
full time attorneys and nine professional support staff, Dollinger
& Ostrowsky has established a reputation without peer throughout
the metropolitan New Jersey/New York region. - Transactional Real Estate -- representing clients in residental and commercial purchases, sales and refinances;
- Lending-- representing lenders of residential and commercial mortgage loans, including mortgage companies, commercial banks, and mortgage brokers;
- General Real Estate Law -- providing counsel and representation in foreclosure actions, leasing negotations, condominium and cooperative community associations, and planning/zoning law;
- Litigation -- civil defense and commercial/real estate litigation.
- General Practice -- we provide clients with services including planning estates and drafting of wills and trusts, company formation, negotiation and drafting of all necessary corporate documents.
The firm's clients include thousands of individuals and dozens of companies.
We counsel commercial clients such as real estate investors and real estate management/community associations as if we were in-house counsel. We've represented the interests of companies such as The HSBC Group, including Household Financial Corp (HFC) and Beneficial, Countrywide Mortgage, Wells Fargo, the St. Barnabas Health Care System and Valley National Bank. In the twenty five years of D&O's practice, it is estimated that we have closed more than $10 billion of real estate title and mortgages.
